[pchelpers] Article:F-Secure predicts future hotbeds of cyber crime

Mexico, India and Africa will soon take over Russia, China and South
America as the world's hotbeds of internet crime, predicts internet
security firm F-Secure. 

The researchers at F-Secure's Security Labs have mapped the shifts in
internet crime trends since 1986. 

F-Secure traces the shift of internet crime from Europe and North
America to emerging markets like Brazil and China, where there are large
numbers of individuals with sophisticated computing skills but without
the job opportunities to make a living for themselves in the IT sector.
