This turns out to be MyDoom.M, which was discovered just yesterday:

Either my clock is wrong or theirs is wrong, or it got updated by
someone in the approximate area of eastern Europe or the middle east
(excellent reason to use UCT), since on the page it says:

   "Last Updated on: July 27, 2004 03:10:08 PM"
