What program is producing these warnings? (name in blue title bar)

I assume that these warnings were produced during a scan by an
antimalware program. They are harmless. They mean that these files could
not be scanned because they were locked by Windows. This means that you
weren't running the antimalware's scan in Windows's safe mode (tap F8
after booting). That's not normally necessary but a good precaution
whenever malware is found.

More information about those files can be found by simple searches in
Wikipedia.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
