Here is another free alternative to MS Office, it's called PC Suite from 
Software 602. At 16 meg, it's a big download, but compared to paying for MS, 
it's probably worth it.
get if from  www.computeractive.co.uk/download/1144013   Apparently it has the 
usual office stuff, including a photo editor and photo album. It can also read 
and write word files as well as documents created on Palm based hand held 
computers.
