[pchelpers] (Almost) Free PC Fax Programs

Hi All,
   
  I cannot set up  the  Fax Printer on my new Dell  Windows XP SP 2.  Well   
almost, since  I have an icon Electrasoft NT Print To Fax but I cannot get it 
to print or access a fax telephone number.
   
  WiinFax Pro seems to be out of business.  Are there any (almost) free fax 
programs?    I  do not need a fax machine for two faxes a year.  Most of my 
correspondence is email or snail mail. 
   
  Any ideas?
