[pchelpers] Adobe

I received a call from a sister who needed to print a form for her husband's 
employment. 
Her computer screen showed it in English, as her Adobe Acrobat Reader allowed 
her to view it.
But her printer printed it in something not English. She said it looked Arabic. 
?
I have no idea what version she has. I simply told her that I had accepted all 
the updates and upgrades and whatever they sent me for mine. Maybe that made 
the difference. ?   I printed the form and will take it to them. 
Does anyone have an explanation for her without knowing what version of Windows 
she has nor what version of Adobe she has?
