[pchelpers] "Access" / Thanks!

Ok, here is what I found so far that's helped me.  (Thanks Scott.)

The cd's that are giving me error messages, if I take the file on those cd's 
and put
it on my hard drive and open it, it opens with no error messages.

If I try to run the program (Access) from that cd, then I get looped in error
messages.

So, we should be able to work with this.
