If you are able you can get the Student Teacher edition MS Office 2003.
It has Word, Excel, outlook, and powerpoint.
Wal-mart has them for $136 and Newegg $125
Wal-mart has been known for letting anyone buy them off the shelf without
checking if you can buy them.
