The only logical explanations i can think of is that AVG's DOS scanner
uses a better or at least different signature file or that EZSB is able
to hide itself while running. AVG is famous for finding stuff it cannot
remove, which is one reason why i've started to advise people to switch
to a better antivirus like www.free-av.com. AVG's help file and FAQ
often claim that running AVG in Windows safe mode does the trick, but it
often doesn't.

EZSB.exe is not found once in the AVG forum
http://forum.grisoft.cz/freeforum/search.php?0,search=EZSB.exe,page=1,match_type=ALL,match_dates=30,match_forum=ALL,body=1,author=1,subject=1
or in the AVG virus encyclopedia http://free.grisoft.com/doc/7/us/frt/0

According to the first 8 of the total of only 36 Google results i looked
at, EZSB.exe is itself pretty harmless but dumped by and with worse stuff.

Just to be sure AVG is not producing a false positive, check the file
with the best online scanner of individual files (checks with the 20
best virus scanners!): http://virusscan.jotti.org/

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
