[pchelpers] AOL won't start

I looked at a computer last night on which AOL 7 refuses to run.  The
tray icon is there, and so forth.  When clicking on the icon, a window
appears for a few seconds saying "Starting AOL".  The window then
disappears and that's all that happens.

Any ideas?
