Sorry for the late reply.  Well, I do know he uploaded his all at once
as a pdf file, illustrations and all, and didn't have a problem.  Mind
you his is a lot smaller than yours.  He didn't use Word Doc because the
pdf file looked better and formatted text better, so perhaps that's why
his was error free.  He did make a few changes after it was uploaded
because the border around some of his pages got messed up.  He made a
few changes and simply uploaded a brand new pdf file, replacing the one
there.  Can't say I know of anything else to add offhand.  Hope it
works!
