Regarding VCR / DVD Recording.....You can only do it if you have a "DVD
Recorder". I just got one and have not done much with it yet. Got it
specially so I can record my Cam-corder stuff without going thru the PC.
You are supposed to be able to play a video and record on DVD unless it
is a protected video lika a rental. You can also record the DVD to a
video....same thing. No protected DVD's.
I am sure I will have some questions about operating this. So far I hav
ebeen un-able to get it to recognize my Cam-corder. That has to happen
before I can do anything.
I got mine at Sears.....$399.99. Samsui I think is the brand name..
Hope you make out OK...
