[pchelpers] 2F8 I/O conflict

I have been left with a Win95 machine that runs very slowly (16Mb Ram) and
has all sorts of unnecessary programs on it. When it boots the black screen
shows I/O conflict 2F8.
I had done an AVG scan and removed some viruses initially.
Any help much appreciated
Cheers

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
