[pchelpers] Re: 2 different operating system

Not a prob to send it,
I am still learning as well. I have not had the time to get OS X to =
install
on a PC. I have many friends who have done it.
The issue is in a nut shell (please folks this is really played down) =
the G
processor and the x86 processor process data backwards from each other.
Whereas the x86 reads from left to right the G reads from right to left. =
Or
it may be the other way round) anyway it can be done. But one thing to =
keep
in mind if you get it to work it will be very slow, the reason is the =
string
of data has to be flopped round for each instruction, so it will lag big
time. As far as getting old computers to fix up for friends, run a $3 ad =
in
the local paper every week. In it say that you will pick old systems =
that
people want to get rid of. Big companies trash their entire systems all =
the
time and it can cost $1,000 for them to do so, if you run the ad you =
will
get 100's. We get about 500 a month of computers alone, of which 200 are
saleable. So that is what I suggest, but if you run the ad be ready, it =
may
take a month for word to get out but once it does, you will have more =
then
you want.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
