Hi Gerald,

What are you wanting to do?  If you want the converter to run both the
TV and a TV tuner in your computer, just get a coax splitter
and connect it after the converter and before the TV and the tuner.
Most places that sell TVs will probably also have splitters.

I would expect the VGA connector on the TV to be used for using it as
a monitor.

Otherwise, if John's answer doesn't do what you want, you'll have to
explain some more.
