AFAIK - XP home is a no-no for sharing.

Max you can do is ICC or via a hub a couple of computers - there are no
accessories for more connection sophisticated stuff.

I was looking at 2k's configuration when I made that suggestion.  Are you
sure home doesn't offer that?  In 2k the path is Control Panel/Administrator
Tools, Computer Management/Local Users and Groups/ then the individuals.
If that doesn't work, have you tried XP's help files?
