This file has been here for months. I've tried various times to get rid
of it. It loves me. =(

I have that problem with files sometimes not being released by the app
that was originally using them. Simply reboot and delte the file before
going on the net.

How do you delete, view, or determine the purpose of a file that
will not
allow you to view it, delete it, rename it, or move it.
It is a jscript (.js) file in the following location:
        C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local
Settings\Temp\Temporary
        Internet Files\Content.IE5\2FMZG1M9
