Gotcha...! evidently Cd's have gone thru a revolution of sorts. Your old one
is still good, but not for today's cd's?
Can you place that sp2 slipstream into your computer..have it booup and then
take it out and go back to normal? Once you start are you committed to it?
Was going to take the one I had made and try it on the laptop..That has the
latest and greatest cd/dvd player..
that brings up another question..will today's cd players play cd's made from
yesterdays cd..?

I flashed the bios which seemed to give the cd more time to boot, but it

still

wouldn't.
I changed the cd drive and that did the trick.
