I'm talking about the Windows Explorer. The file manager.
It's called Explorer.exe.
It's in start, all programs, accessories.

Star by right mouse clicking on the windows explorer icon and go to properties. When the Windows Explorer Properties window is open you will see the default Target: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe Change the Target: to read %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,C:\ and then click apply button and your done. This one of the first changes I make when I do a new install of Win XP-PRO
