Lavasoft's AdAware and Spybot Search and Destroy are very similar but I've 
heard each will sometimes catch something the other one missed.  Don't know if 
that's true....    Bill

To explain better than that earlier message;   the reason I use two spyware 
removing programs is I am very paranoid about spyware.   Actually, one is not a 
remover of spyware;  it only tries to prevent spyware;  I'm talking about 
"SpywareBlaster".   The remover is SpyBot.

Did you get my note about asking everyone for a list of possible programs they 
use for anti-virus, ads, spam etc...Looking to compile a list of the best 
freebies out there and then use them on my machine..
