Yes.  You need to enable sharing and set the access and permissions,
as usual.

Are you having trouble with it?

The filesystem type should be pretty much invisible to most programs.
If having trouble running it, then perhaps the user who is trying to
play it is not the same user who installed it. You'd probably need to
change the permissions on the files in that case.
