Do like Sandi says, click the header button for percent of usage or memory and the ones that are using the most will come to the top, if you click it the right number of times. :O)

You might also try disabling your antivirus for a bit and see if that
helps.
You might also do a control alt delete and look at the processes just
after you
start something to see what is using all the resources.
