Hi Steve,
Yes, if you follow the directions and enter a name and no password when it asks
the first time you restart. Make sure to click ok, don't just x out of this one.

You will also have to enter your dialup password once to reset it.

| Do a start, find. Type in *.pwl and hit find.

| Delete the .pwl files and restart the computer.
