Pam , try it with Mozilla  or if you are running Opera 7 you can tell it
to identify itself as another type of browser.

File --> Preferences --> click on "network" and choose - like in the
attached pic.

I just looked at housecall site.  It specifies MS or Netscape browser
required.  Odd.  But atleast now you have a browser to browse to
Netscape and get a fresh copy of theirs if need be.
