Hi Pam,

When I used black turkey in google, I fould this for turkey breeds,

Black

Bourbon

Bronze

Narragansett

Royal Palm

Slate

White

I guess one could say there are 7 major breeds of turkey with each breed
having several sub-breeds.   I think the "bourbon" turkey is real pretty.
