Hi Vic,

I haven't done the windows update in a while for a reason. Last time
I updated my drivers like it said to, and it screwed up a few things. If
I go to the windows update site, do I update everything it says to?
(there are a Lot of things).

Thanks.

Lisa

Lisa,

No No NO - this is a pop-up via windows messenging [not to be confused
with windows messenger that you use to chat with friends]

The solution is to do a windows update = you have done that right?

If not - run, do not walk, do not wait another second - and do those
windows updates.

I keep getting this box that pops up on my desktop for no reason. Is it
legit? Should I go to the website it's mentions to download a patch??

Thanks.
