Is it modular, if so then I would push them and that should not be a big
problem for them to send you the correct one. :>)
Bob: Concur on the isolator for the batteries, I almost included that with
my previous comments. :>)

It was not configured as ordered. I would lik eto keep it if they would 

make it right but I can't get them to even answer my calls or emails. 

They keep sending me surveys to fill out. They don't read them or they 

would know what my problem is. In the past I called and within two days 

some one call to office  and fixed laptop. So I can only come to 

conclusion they could care less about me and my problem. Guess they are 

to big to worry about problems when its selling that makes the money.

I've owned a few laptops and Dell was at top of list but lately there 

service is going downhill.. I've been trying since Jan 6th to get help

Battery life is usually about 85% what they tell you. My wife has been 

using the 120 volt wall recharge unit for a year. Her battery won't take 

a charge. Laptop workd good it is a dell.
