Eric, Thank you so much for the forecast. I sent it on to Diana, our contact at Navajo Elementary, and along with it, i told her we are NOT canceling at this point, but are preparing our selves in case we need to. I also asked for the time at which i would have to contact her to let her know we are canceled, such that she can inform the school, before they leave for the day. I also offered her a back up date idea. I will send her a list if she chooses to do a back up date. Most of the time, when the observing happens on a date that has something else, like their space night event, they don't' do a back up date. They skip until the following year. That's probably what she will do. But I did offer, just in case she wants to make it a separate night. 1 disadvantage to a back up date, at this point... is there are no good dates left in our calendar that have a decent, not too bright moon. Most of the dates will be dark nights, no moon. Thanks again for the update, and thank you Bob, for yours. We aren't giving up just yet. Let's call it in the morning, so send those updates... give me the good or bad weather news and we will make the decision by noon or earlier, tomorrow. All input is valuable to me. Thanks again.
