Is this a Rain, Cloud or shine dinner?
Meaning, if we are canceling BMC due to too many clouds, will dinner be
canceled as well?

I know that meeting at 4:30 PM may be a little early for some people. If
you can come about 5:00PM that should still be enough time to order, eat
and leave for BMC for setup.
