I haven't looked in the Basic Book, but in the Psionics book,
Autoteleport is you and your minimal (less than 5 pounds) equipment only.
To take anything else needs Exoteleport. However, since they are both
based on the same power (so you only have to spend for the skill), that
isn't a big deal for points.
You should also be sure that you have Autoteleport at 14+ and 10+ levels
in your teleport power. These are both required for Combat Teleport.
If you want to be really tricky, buy the Rate of Fire advantage on your
Combat Teleport, then you could use it more times a round. Be sure to read
the Psionics book on advantages for skills before you do this. It is
cheaper than you think. If you do it, look into extra fatigue or buying
reduced fatigue for Combat Teleport. Combat Teleport burns 1 per use.
I would also include a good Body Sense skill. Kurt should never be
disoriented by his own Teleports.

It is the best of all trades, to make songs, and the second
best to sing them.
