speaking as an ex-Hemptations employee, i can tell you
that the main reason hemp is illegal, is because of
Dupont. almost anything can be made of hemp including
plastics and fuel. too much money would be lost by the
corporations like Dupont (Dupont was the major lobiest
against hemp) because it would become too cheap to
produce materials, and more smaller businesses could
get in on the game.
