2d+2 for a Glock 17 with a rate of fire of 3. So you'd do an average of 8
points per round with a maximum possible of 14 per round and up to six
rounds to pump into your poor target. Not too shabby, although a .45 only
does 2d damage. I think the Glock 17 is a 9mm round and I always heard the
.45 round hit harder than the 9mm round.
Either way, time to invest in some good Kevlar.
In other related trivia, General Patton used to get angry when people
identified his pistol as having a pearl handle. His had an ivory handle and
he was quoted as saying the only people who had pearl handled pistols were
pimps.
