Best Wishes and Seasons Greetings to you and all your loved ones.
Speaking of wishes, there is still time to enter the Flying Buffalo "wish
list" contest. (You must enter by December 31). You follow the links to
ten web pages where our products are listed, and pick one item from each
page that you would like to get as a gift. Then you give us up to ten email
addresses where we can email your "wish list". For each email address, you
get one entry in the sweepstakes. The winner gets everything he or she
wished for. Go to http://www.flyingbuffalo.com/contest.htm for the full
rules and the entry form. No purchase is required, and you don't have to
give us more email addresses than just your own if you want. We will NOT
put any of your friends on a mailing list unless they email and ask us to.
I recently reserved the domain name "tunnelsandtrolls.com" and with the
webpage, I get up to 25 mailboxes. If any fans would like to have an email
address "(yourname)@tunnelsandtrolls.com", let me know. I guess I'll charge
$25 a year, or $40 for two years. You can either have a forwarder that
forwards to whatever email address you want, or you can have an actual
mailbox with a password. Ken St Andre is going to be
"Trollgod@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".
There is a convention called "Jonescon" in Gainesville FL January 24-26,
where they will be running a Nuclear War tournament. They would very much
like to have a "Lost Worlds" tournament, but don't have anyone who knows
the game. If there are any LW players willing to attend that convention,
and run a tournament, please contact me. You'd have to pay your own
expenses, but at least we would give you a tshirt or something for your
trouble. For more info on Jonescon, or other game conventions, visit our
webpage at http://www.flyingbuffalo.com/dates.htm
I have been promising "The Dice of Wrath" game for several months now, and
we are finally going to be able to ship it in the coming week. This is a
dice game using the Knights of the Dinner Table dice that we licensed from
Kenzer and Co. The game will include five of the dice, plus a score pad,
and will retail for $14.95. Order today! It's a fun, quick game for 2-5
players (or more players if you play with teams).
Privacy notice: This is our (approximately) monthly email sent only to our
customers who we believe have asked us to put them on the list. If you did
NOT ask to be on the list and don't want to be bothered any more, please
reply to this message with "You idiot! I never asked to be on this list!"
If you did ask to be on it, but are no longer interested, please reply with
"No longer interested". I keep the mailing lists by hand, and personally
take care of all remove requests. We do NOT buy lists from other people,
and do not share our lists with anyone else. Email is a GREAT way to keep
in touch with all of our customers, but the f'ing spammers have screwed it
up for all of us!
(Note: I keep two lists: the "play by mail" list and the "printed products"
list. This is the "printed products" list. You can be on either list, or
both lists, or neither list; just ask. If you are on both lists, and want
to be removed, you need to let me know you are on two lists.)
