Denise Richards was in "The World is Not Enough".  "Tomorrow Never Dies"
co-starred Michelle Yeoh who was portrayed as Bond's Chineese government
counterpart and was his equal, much like you describe Jinx.  Also Bond never
got Michelle into bed, as far as I know the only "Bond Girl" he never scored
with.  But there was a really cool scene with them fully clothed and under a
shower of water.
