And I would argue the opposity point. Super abilites do not a
super-hero make (although I did put the Turtles in their, once I
admited I forgot them).

Batman has no super-powers, but is a superhero.

Thanos has lots of superpowers, but is not. :)

Or, a more reasonable example, Robocop.

The Crow, while a great movie, and based on a comic, isn't a superhero.
He isn't doing it because "It's the right thing to do." He's a vengeful
ghost. He kills. He doesn't meet my criteria of Superhero.

So, I stand by my original list. :)

Although there are a few films I'll admidt I forgot, like Mystery Men.
