Yongshen,

  You can make the streamlines thicker by setting the
'Line width scale factor' in the 'view characteristics'
dialog from the 'View' menu at the top of the main graphics
window.
  For hard-copies of streamlines or grids I may set the
output resolution to 2048 (in the hard copy dialog) and
the 'Line width scale factor' to 4 or so.
