[overture] Fix Ghost point values

Hi,
 
       I have a gridfunction defined on all points on a mapped grid
except at ghost points.Is there a routine to extrapolate the values to
the ghost points to atleast 2nd order accuracy ? I know that I can use
the interpolatePoints class.. but i guess the extrapolation will be zero
order ?
