[ossrp-control] Re: problems with retrofitting

Hi Bryan,

Unicode, which is the character set that supports international languages is
something that will be supported.  If we go down the route of .Net, then
Unicode is the only form of character set that .Net supports.  Even if we
use standard C++, then it's likely that we'll use Unicode rather than using
a single bythe character set.

As one of the goals of the project is to provide access technology to those
who otherwise would not be able to afford it, then this will include african
and asian nations as well.  So, wsupport for their languages is definately
in keeping with the goals of the project.
