[ossrp-control] Re: Microsoft Access Technology Vendor Program - We're In

Hi,

I see membership of the MATV program as having two main benefits: increased visibility and a formal channel of communication between Microsoft and the project.
Microsoft have various ways in which they publicise access technology vendors and their products, which range from a listing on their web site, inclusion
of products into the access technology product catalogue, windows market place, etc., as well as offering opportunities to present at Microsoft and non-Microsoft
events. Secondly, there's a formal channel of communication between us and Microsoft, which can enhance opportunities for feedback on Microsoft products,
and provide better notification of accessibility information from, and work undertaken by, Microsoft.

You can find information on the MATV program at:

Hi All,

Just a quick announcement, as I'm working on a couple of conference papers for the day job at the moment, apologies for the recent absence.

I've just heard from Microsoft, and we've been accepted into the Microsoft Access Technology Vendor (MATV) Program.

Good news.
