[ossrp-control] Re: Features So Far

Hi everyone,

I am not know if this is possible because I am not a programmer.  I would
like to see better handling of the refreshing of web pages.  At present,
when refresh happens, most screen readers either read it again from the
beginning or don't read anything at all.  Could a screen reader be made that
could watch for what has actually changed and just read that?
