[OGD] styrofoam pellets

Iris- I have used the styrofoam "peanuts" as aeration with epiphytes, 
particularly those in sphagnum. I have successfully grown and bloomed Vanda's 
in plastic pots with sphagnum, mixed with styrofoam peanuts. However, for 
something like paphs, aside from drainage, I'm not sure they would work. They 
would have to be broken up...and small pieces of styrofoam float right up to 
the top. Take care, Eric Muehlbauer, in Queens, NY, still recovering from the
