[orcad] Connections to plane not made...

I'm having a weird problem with Layout Plus (10.1). I have a board with only
through-hole parts. 8 of 10 pins correctly connect to the ground plane. The
other two don't. I've checked that there is nothing special about those
padstacks (marked non-electrical, not in netlist, etc). Any ideas why these
won't connect?
