[Q] way to migrate ORACLE 6i forms and report to J2EE??

we plan to migrate ORACLE forms and reprts (6i) to
Java (J2EE) or .NET.  Does anyone have experience and
can give me suggestion on it?

By the way does there have tool can migrate ORACLE 6i
forms and report to J2EE or .NET?
