Re: v$access + latch free(library cache) BUG???

Nope,

There are no dictionary statistics. However, I have raised a TAR and I
am going to provide them the dumpstate and hanganalysis traces for
further examination.
When I search in the bug database for the same, I found a bug (exactly
same) on LINUX OS.
