Define "leaky" ;)  Potential security hacks - yes.  Memory leaks - no more so 
than linux.

If it wasn't for Microsoft patching, Windows 2003/2008 servers are fairly 
impressive compared to their earlier attempts.  However, the Microsoft patches 
do make rebooting Windows servers almost necessary every month (or so).  Unless 
you take a hands off approach to patching Windows *shudder*.....

Windoze is leaky. Once a month reboot  is almost mandatory.
Linux on the other hand 364 days one of my servers!
