Re: upgrade 10.1.0.4 to 10.2.0.4 - question about components

heres how i upgraded my databases from 10.1 to 10.2

install the base install 10.2.01
install the products options (you will see NCOMP) in the description select this option. this is REQUIRED for the 10.2.0.4 patchset. 
install 10.2.0.4
then dbua or manual upgrade which ever you prefer.
had worked for me with no problems.
