Re: srvctl remove asm generates PRKS-1033 and CRS-0214

I did some reading about ocrconfig -repair thinking that might be an issue
if we have "orphaned" information in the OCR. However, it looks like that
command is not relevant. How come it seems like the tools to modify the OCR
are rather limited? Yes, I realize it is vital to the life of the cluster,
but if there is no way to directly fix a problem, how does one, well, fix
the problem?

Our Support Analyst is slowing catching up; they just asked for an ocrdump.
