Here is my derivation of 42 years: A nominal work year is 2000 hours. (40*50). So 42 of those work years is 84000 hours. In an average year there are about 8766 hours. For practical purposes of measuring experience on the calendar, anything over 10 years is immaterial. So, given that Tom eats, sleeps, and dreams Oracle he had an excess of 366 hours over the last ten calendar years to have 42 years of experience. That leaves over 36 hours a year for things so distracting that even Tom isn't thinking about Oracle. mwf -----Original Message----- From: oracle-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:oracle-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Juan Carlos Reyes Pacheco Sent: Monday, July 26, 2004 12:34 PM To: oracle-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: sources for hidden and useful hints for testin Thanks to everyone who answered this question -------Original Message------- From: oracle-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Date: 07/26/04 05:55:42 To: oracle-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: sources for hidden and useful hints for testin Oh, alright, then.
