RE: slightly OT, appears to be Sun OS issue

I should have read this first- Martin's write up is similar to what we found 
and the fix was to edit racgwrap in $CRS_HOME/bin.  In our case srvctl also had 
an incorrect path with an extra trailing slash.

this is not limited to Solaris, I have seen similar things in Linux as 
well, and because it was so strange I had to write about it:
