RE: separate tablespaces for tables and indexes

Maybe not a "need".  If your database is a big one, there might be some
practical administration value in busting things up into smaller chunks.
While it is possible to have all your data in a 5 terabyte tablespace, I
don't think it is considered to be a best practice.
